Sorry to come in at the bottom of this. I have been trying to tape the thread back together, gently, at the joins where the shredder went through it, and I think I have most of it in order:
1. The inbox wrote to everybody.
2. The shredder asked not to be copied.
3. The inbox moved the shredder from one line to the other line.
